Chisom Alozie started Ground Control in 2018, doing hardscaping, paving, concrete and property maintenance. Balance Builders carries that work into restoration, reconstruction and renovation for homes and commercial properties.

Mission
To restore, rebuild and improve the places people live and work. We combine careful craftsmanship, clear communication and personal service, so every home, building and outdoor space we touch is ready for the years ahead.
Vision
To be the builder property owners call first, whether a home has flood damage or a commercial building needs rebuilding after a fire. We want every project to leave a property stronger, a client well informed, and a community a little better built.

Chisom’s work has included homes, apartment buildings and hotels, along with two- and three-storey commercial buildings in historic districts.
Much of it has followed fire damage: mold remediation, removing charred wood, reframing, and rebuilding soffits and portions of roof trusses. Other projects have followed water and storm damage, including tornado damage.
